Collaboration

Everyone. Every perspective. Working as a team.

A new way to separate together.

Some separation processes can be difficult, but it is also common for two partners to genuinely want to work cooperatively to develop a separation solution which balances everyone’s best interests.

Collaborative Law provides an integrated method of dispute resolution in which you and your former partner agree that each of you, your legal representatives and other relevant advisors have an equal seat at the table, to negotiate such a solution.

Collaborative practice is relatively new to Western Australia, but has grown to become popular in places such as Canada and the UK, with the approach now gathering momentum on the east coast of Australia.

Experience tells us that if used effectively the collaborative approach offers a number of long term benefits to the family units and we are proudly qualified to offer this collaborative practice.
