Becca naturally connects with people, whilst mastering the detail of their circumstances, understanding their objectives and then applying her deep legal knowledge for their benefit.
Becca holds a Double Degree in Law and Criminology and has practiced Family Law throughout her career, including with two of Western Australia’s leading firms, before joining Maria Loukas in the establishment of Loukas Law in early 2017.
During her career, Becca has worked with many clients through a range of Family Law situations, from negotiated amicable settlement, to mediated resolution, through to full scale litigation.
Becca was drawn to Family Law through an empathy for people. She has always had a strong interest in social justice, contributing her knowledge and experience to community programs over a number of years.
In 2015, Becca was invited by Legal Aid WA to become a Court Welfare Officer – assisting vulnerable members of the community through their court process. In 2016, Becca was invited to participate in the Sellenger Centre Criminal Justice Review Project, contributing her efforts within the Investigation Team for the Innocence Project.
Having worked alongside some of WA and Australia’s leading Barristers, forensic accountants and counsellors Becca has the detailed Family Law knowledge and understanding to support and guide clients through difficult times.
