Since 2009, Daniel has been dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of family law. He is particularly skilled in handling high-conflict parenting disputes and property settlements, offering comprehensive support throughout the legal process. Daniel’s expertise extends to assisting corporate and business owners, as well as their spouses, in resolving financial and property matters with precision and care. His ability to address the needs of both financially active and dependent parties ensures balanced and effective outcomes. Daniel also assists clients with restraining order matters and non-family law-related mediations, providing a holistic approach to legal support.
Daniel’s commitment to professional excellence is reflected in his achievements. He has participated in international legal competitions, including The VisEast International Trade Law mooting competition in Hong Kong, and has been recognised for his academic and professional contributions. In 2013, Daniel became a nationally recognised mediator attaining NMAS accreditation. In 2025, Daniel also became an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) recognised by the Department of the Attorney General.
He is an active member of AIFLAM, LEADR (the Association of Dispute Resolution Practitioners), the Law Society of Western Australia, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, and the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia.
Daniel is deeply committed to supporting the community. He has previously volunteered as a mentor for high school students through the Smith Family and provided pro bono legal services through the Women’s Legal Service of Western Australia. He is also an active volunteer at Curtin University Rugby Union club.
